Refund & Replacement Policy – Heavenmade

At Heavenmade, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and replacement policy before placing an order.

7-Day Refund & Replacement

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging, along with the order number/invoice.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Return Pickup & Deductions

  • Shipping charges will be deduct on all refunded order
  • If return pickup is arranged by Heavenmade, a flat Rs. 250 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund
  • If the issue is from Heavenmade’s side (wrong or damaged item), no deduction will apply
  • Customers may also return the item at their own cost

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method
  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or wallet
  • Refunds are completed within 5–7 working days after approval

Important Notes

  • No refunds for change of mind, size issues, or minor color variations
  • Sale/discounted items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect
